Mai fusesem in 2010, cand
parut si putine, imi amintesc ca am comandat midii in cochilie si in 2010 si

Last
Saturday I went to the Dalboka mussel farm for the third time. I had been there
before in 2010, when I thought it was great and in 2014, when it was a
disaster, but it was a very busy period, being a holiday and all, so I tought I
would give it another chance and come back when it would be less packed. So I
did, but things haven’t changed a bit since my previous visit, therefore I
shall definitely never return.
Let’s
start from the beginning: you have to go down, then climb a long slope, all the
way to the sea. The area is beautiful and worth the effort and the long tables
with bensches, an inspired and picturesque idea. The food was awful, though,
starting with the mussels soup, an instant mushroom soup with musseld in it, to
be continued with the Dalboka Mariners mussels, a small serving, with a lot of
oil in it and last, but not least, the shrimps, way too small to be eaten,
which we were not warned about in advance, so we wasted our money on a double
serving. Another minus is having to pay separately for bread, lemon and garlic
sauce.
