Photoderm Bronz Brume, Spray-ul Minune de la Bioderma

Produsul meu favorit pentru protectie solara a devenit, de curand, PhotodermBronz Brume SPF 50/UVA 27, marca Bioderma, care promite sa activeze, sa intensifice si sa prelungeasca bronzul natural, protejand, simultan, pielea, de efectul nociv al ultravioletelor. Pe mine m-a convins dupa doar cateva aplicari.

Gratie brevetului Cellular Bioprotection, produsul asigura o protectie inalta impotriva razelor solare, previne arsurile si imbatranirea cutanta. Mai mult, confera tripla actiune interna: protejeaza ADN-ul celular, intareste imunitatea celulelor si contracareaza socul termic. 

Photoderm Bronz Brume SPF 50/UVA 27, ulei fin parfumat cu efect hidratant, intra rapid in piele fara a lasa film gras, iar pielea devine moale si catifelata. Ambalajul sub forma de spray si parfumul delicat, usor fructat, de vara, permit o aplicare rapida si placuta. Asigura fotoprotectie inalta si textura 100% transparenta. Produsul nu contine alcool, octocrilena sau parabeni.

Utilizare :

Photoderm Bronz Brume SPF 50/UVA 27 se aplica uniform pe piele, in cantitate generoasa, inainte de fiecare expunere la soare. Se reaplica la fiecare 2 ore, inainte si dupa activitati precum inotul, sportul sau cand produsul este eliminat prin stergere.

Flaconul are 200 ml, iar pretul difera in functie de farmacie, eu l-am gasit intre 65 si 89 RON.

Integra Restaurant Constanta

            We all love eating out, especially during the summer season, when high temperatures turn cooking into a less bearable activity. I was in the mood for pasta this last week-end and had the perfect place for that in mind: Integra. You have to try it if you’re in Constanta, trust me! The food is great and the ambiance is lovely, very elegant, neat and classy. I had gnocchi with pesto and chicken and it was delicious!

            Tuturor ne place sa mancam in oras, mai ales in sezonul cald, cand temperaturile ridicate transforma gatitul intr-o activitate mai putin placuta. Imi era pofta de paste in week-end, asa ca am ales sa merg la Integra. Trebuie sa il incercati daca ajungeti in/ sunteti din Constanta, credeti-ma! Mancarea este delicioasa, ambianta placuta, iar locatia eleganta si aranjata cu gust. Eu am comandat gnocchi cu pesto si pui si nu am regretat!

Pe locuri, fiti gata...La Plaja!

            Cum sunt o impatimita a marii (nu atat a plajei, cat a inotului- metoda mea favorita de relaxare si tonifiere vara), niciodata nu pot afirma ca am destule costume de baie in colectie. In cautarea modelului perfect, am ajuns pe site-ul Sevensins. Am avut surpriza sa descopar multe modele extrem de elegante, de un colorit si design inedit, care vor atrage, cu siguranta, o sumedenie de priviri admirative pe plaja sau la piscina.

            Am selectat cateva pe care vreau sa le vedeti si voi. Principalele criterii pe baza carora aleg costumele de baie sunt eleganta, cupele bine croite, care sa ma avantajeze si sa-mi ofere libertate de miscare in apa si coloritul vibrant. Asta nu inseamna ca refuz eleganta unui costum de baie negru sau alb (se stie ca albul da cel mai frumos contrast cu pielea bronzata), insa, si in cazul acestora, ma ghidez dupa intensitatea culorii si accesoriile inteligent plasate, care sa scoata costumul din anonimat.

            Mi-au atras atentia mai ales cele pe rosu si nuante derivate:

            Being extremely fond of the sea (not so much of the beach, but mostly of swimming- my favorite relaxation and exercise method for the summer time) I can never have enough bathing suits in my collection. Searching for the perfect model, I came across the Sevensins website, where I had the pleasant surprise of discovering many extremely elegant bathing suits, with innovative designs and vibrant colors, which would definitely get lots of admiration on the beach of by the pool.

            I selected a few that I wanted you to see. The main criteria on which I make my choices are the elegance, a good quality bra that allows freedom of movement in the water and the intensity of colors. That does not mean that I say no to the elegance of a black or white suit (everyone knows that white creates the most wonderful contrast with tanned skin), but for these also I look at how vibrant the hues are and for the intelligently placed accessories, which make a special costume.

             My eye was caught by red and matching hues this time:

         Aceste doua costume intregi mi se par deosebit de elegante. Ma duc cu gandul la o petrecere la piscina, unde ar face pereche perfecta cu o pereche de sandale cu toc sau platforma. Cred ca un costum de baie intreg nu ar trebui sa lipseasca din garderoba nici unei femei.

             These two swimsuits look extremely elegant to me. They make me think of a pool party, where they would team up perfectly with a pair of high-heeled sandals of wedges. Every woman should have something like this in her wardrobe.
